We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join a growing property management team.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Please call

- Meeting and greeting customers
- Answering phones and emails, and routing inquiries to the appropriate person
- Notifying the maintenance team of all requests and handling emergency calls promptly
- Scheduling meetings for lease signings, apartment showings, etc
- Perform daily cash receipt filing, shredding of confidential documents and other clerical duties to support the office
