Staffing Now Amherst, MA (Onsite) Contract to Hire
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join a growing property management team. 

Responsibilities:
  • Meeting and greeting customers.
  • Answering phones and emails, and routing inquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Notifying the maintenance team of all requests and handling emergency calls promptly.
  • Scheduling meetings for lease signings, apartment showings, etc.
  • Perform daily cash receipt filing, shredding of confidential documents and other clerical duties to support the office.
