Key Responsibilities Include:

Front Desk Coverage: Greeting visitors, managing the phone system, handling mail and shipments

Administrative Support: Managing email correspondence, generating and distributing documents, preparing documents such as letters and fee proposals using templates, and assisting with report activities

Meeting Organization: Scheduling and coordinating meetings

File Management: Maintaining accurate and organized filing systems
-
Supply Management: Ordering and maintaining office supplies
-
Permit Coordination: Assisting the permitting staff with permit submittals, preparing permit submittals in collaboration with Project Managers, tracking ongoing permits once submitted, and corresponding with clients and municipalities regarding permit statuses and requirements as needed

Software: Proficiently using Microsoft Office Suite, Google programs, and Trulio app for simple permit management (training provided)
