Job Description: Import/Export Operations Specialist
Location: Doral, FL 33172
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Import/Export Operations Specialist to support international logistics and trade compliance operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and prior experience in freight coordination, customs documentation, or working with brokers and forwarders.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including ocean, air, and ground freight

Prepare and review import/export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading

Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely movement of goods

Monitor shipment status, track delivery, and resolve shipping issues or delays

Ensure compliance with U.S. customs regulations and international trade laws

Maintain records of shipments and transactions for audits and reporting

Assist in inventory reconciliation and warehouse coordination as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in import/export operations or international logistics

Knowledge of freight processes, customs procedures, and documentation

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and shipping platforms

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
