Head of Trade Marketing

SNI Companies is looking for a Head of Trade Marketing to become the essential link between the marketing and sales teams, and the points of sale
Your mission will be to design and implement effective marketing strategies that ensure outstanding visibility, effective promotions (sell-in and sell-out), and the availability and loyalty of both customers or distributors (B2B) and end consumers (B2C).

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy and execution: Develop and implement high-impact strategies that maximize visibility and sales
  Create effective promotions and marketing actions (push & pull) together with alliances and discounts, focused on branding on customers and activations at the point of sale
  
• Market analysis: Perform detailed analyses to identify market opportunities and measure the effectiveness of the strategies applied, adjusting tactics as necessary to achieve sales objectives
  
• Supervision and training: Regularly visit points of sale to verify planogram implementation, demonstrations, and brand presence
  Train and lead the team on key indicators and new initiatives
  
• Operational management: Coordinate the logistics and distribution of promotional materials and other essential resources, ensuring adequate control, order and cleanliness in the assigned warehouses
  
• Communication and leadership: Maintain fluid and effective communication with the Sales Manager, Team Leaders, Developers and other stakeholders, supervising and motivating the team to meet goals
  
• Evaluation and adjustments: Carry out constant and detailed monitoring of each plan and initiative, proposing dynamic adjustments to close gaps and contribute to the sustained growth of the company
