An institution of higher learning is looking for an Administrator for the Alumni Services
The organization is seeking an administrator to help support the digital solution needs of alumni organizations (such as regional associations, classes and affinity groups)
This is a temporary, 5-6 month, full-time position.
The individual will assist in troubleshooting user needs and support volunteers on an online volunteer communications platform that includes community-based websites, email communication, an alumni directory and alumni discussion boards
This role will also — working in tandem with an external help desk vendor — answer alumni inquiries, support user issues and communicate platform enhancements.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Client Relations and supporting the Alumni Services Administrator, you will also investigate issues and respond to alumni inquiries utilizing the in-house ServiceNow ticketing system
This position requires great attention to detail and initiative and strong writing and communications skills.
On an as-needed basis and in collaboration with communications colleagues, you will also provide email marketing expertise, including building email templates, for alumni organization volunteers and building simple websites.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of professional experience with customer service
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships of trust with a wide array of colleagues, volunteers, and other partners
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
- High degree of professionalism, poise and strong work ethic
- Excellent oral and written communications, organization and problem-solving skills, along with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to exercise discretion at all times, keeping confidential all data related to Princeton and its alumni
- Understanding of email and other digital marketing platforms
