Job Summary: As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, service requests, and billing concerns.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Meet and exceed performance targets for call quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a drug and background check.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
