Customer Service Specialist
Customer Service Specialist temporary to direct hire position located in Peabody. Duties: Providing direct customer support, through phone and email inquiries. Process orders, schedule pick-ups and transportation to provide on time delivery to customers. Resolving product and service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution. Process and track RMA's Support the marketing department with social media platforms, email marketing campaigns and updating pricing sheets.
Must be proficient with MS Office. ERP and/or CRM preferred. 2+ years customer service experience. Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm 1 hour lunch
