Customer Service - Tier II

Principle Duties:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately processing orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve inquiries and discrepancies.
• Respond to general questions regarding pricing, products, and scheduling.
• Ensures accuracy of pricing and customer information.
• Processes Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and warranty claims.
• Investigates pricing and logistics issues, and works to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of call center experience working in a high volume fast paced environment
• Associated Degree required 
• Intermediate software skills using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS and SAP or other CRM
• Excellent communication skills written or verbal

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position starts at $21.50 per hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience - talk with your recruiter to learn more.
