Pharmacy Operations Specialist temporary position
Duties: Review daily reject and paid claims to ensure proper adjudication
Daily and monthly transition review, identify systemic issue with configuration and resolve issues in a timely manner
Create, maintain, submit and post formularies using formulary management tools
Monthly review of EOBs to ensure accuracy of information
Review pharmacy directories to ensure accuracy of data to external vendors
Must be proficient in MS Office skills
Associate degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Pharmacy or related area or equivalent experience required
Experience working with Medicare Parts B and D or Medicaid Plan preferred
Experience in retail, hospital, or managed care pharmacy industry required.
