We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure efficient sales operations. This full-time, remote role involves providing administrative support to the sales team, as well as operations team support as needed, and some marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing contracts, sales presentations, and reports
- Input equipment data into our cloud service and manage online listings
- Work closely with the appraisals team to generate online equipment listings
- Manage and update records in our CRM systems and other internal tracking documents
- Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure smooth cross-organizational alignment
- Manage and track shared information and maintain relationships with external partners
- Create marketing materials (e.g., flyers, advertisements)
- Create and/or coordinate advertising with external providers
- Organize and post to social media platforms
- Maintain and update existing documentation and online publications
- Attend meetings as required
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in sales administration or similar, preferably in an auction or similar fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, MailChimp)
- Auction and auction management software experience is desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
