HVAC Service Coordinator / Customer Service
SNI Companies is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an HVAC Service Coordinator. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments for preventive maintenance and quoted repair services

Provide timely follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution

Collaborate with the Dispatcher to manage technician schedules and service coordination

Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
-
Maintain accurate service records and client documentation
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Prior customer service experience in a business-to-business setting preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

HVAC industry or service coordination experience a plus
