Currently Seeking Experienced Administrative Assistant !!! (Stuart, Florida)
We are currently looking to hire the BEST Administrative Assistant/Receptionist in the Stuart, Florida area. This position is temp to permanent paying $16.00 per hour. This is an ONSITE role NO REMOTE. Below I have listed the job description and requirements for the position:
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Stuart, FL
Pay: $16 per hour, weekly pay!
Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Job Description:
- Processing files and verifying data
- Sorting files and information for data input
- Assisting with faculty members with respect
- Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls (Multiple inbound calls to customer service department to transfer to)
Requirements:
- Must have basic Administrative Assistant/Receptionist experience (2 years minimum as an Office Clerk/Front Desk/Admin)
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREEN
