Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a full-time Community Development Administrative Specialist. This position plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s fundraising efforts and event execution. The Community Development Administrative Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate donor records, conducting donor research, organizing marketing materials and reports, and assisting with event logistics—from small donor engagements to large-scale galas.
Job Qualifications:
The compensation for this position starts is at $26.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities, including work experience.

Work Location: Denver, CO (Monday-Thursday Onsite/ Friday - Remote)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am to 6 pm MST

Principal Duties:- Assist with planning and organizing events from conception through completion.
- Oversee event setup, on-site operations, and teardown
- Handle post-event tasks such as attendee feedback, reporting, and billing
- Stay current on industry trends and suggest new ideas for memorable events
- Ensure all events comply with health, safety, legal, and insurance regulations
- Coordinator volunteers schedule and evaluate event performance.
- Assist with managing donor database ensuring accurate record-keeping contributions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team for campaign and event promotion.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
- Experience with Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce or other software platforms used for fundraising.
- Proficiency with MS Office
