We have a need for a temp-to-hire administrative assistant for our Merrimack Valley client. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Position will entail a variety of office duties, including but not limited to the following.
- Answering phones and directing phones calls to appropriate personnel.
- Helping with scheduling and making confirmation calls for upcoming appointments.
- Assisting with invoicing, pulling permits and entering payments into computer.
- Data entry of computer information.
- Filing, faxing, typing, and other office duties.
- Running occasional errands locally, so candidate must have their own vehicle.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must have own vehicle.
- High School diploma required.
- Attention to detail.
