Customer Service

Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Customer Service / Order Fulfillment professional.  This is a position working 100% onsite for a medical equipment company.   The position responsibilities include:
 

• Enter customer purchase orders into ERP system (faxed, emailed, EDI, trade show)
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries.
• Transfer backorders and process Free Good requests from customers.
• Run weekly reports and cross-reference products for sales support.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of customer service and product order fulfillment.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail and time management.
• Intermediate MS Office experience using Excel and Word.
• Typing speed of 50+ wpm

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts at $19.00 an hour.  Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
