People & Growth Specialist
SNI Companies is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People and Growth HR Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a recruiter with those of an HR generalist, offering a unique opportunity to impact talent acquisition, employee engagement, and overall organizational growth. You’ll play a vital role in attracting top talent, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for diverse roles using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and recruiting tools.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and provide hiring recommendations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Post job openings, manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), and ensure candidate records are up to date.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract a diverse and talented workforce.
HR Support:
- Assist with onboarding, employee relations, and compliance activities.
- Support the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives in collaboration with the HR team.
- Assist with performance management processes, including documentation and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, partnering with HR leadership as needed.
What You Bring
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a combination of both roles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms is a plus.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
- Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
- Passion for talent acquisition and cultivating a positive workplace culture.

- Base salary: $65,000 + based on experience
- Performance-based bonuses
This hybrid role offers flexibility, with the ability to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and collaborate in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
