Job Description
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable individual. Our customer Service representative have a compassionate and cool-tempered nature to assist our patients with their medical equipment needs. You will be responsible for growing our patient base, educating patients on our offerings (Medical Equipment specializing in a wide variety of supplies, including CPAP, Testing Supplies, Monitor Systems, braces, and more). We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to interact with and assist patients with little supervision. The goal is to promote a patient’s well-being by providing high-quality, innovative services and equipment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the customer's first point of contact, providing exceptional service and support.
- Interact with patients, understand their needs, and educate them on our products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide information about the products and services.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families. Patients are our top priority!
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to potential clients.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic, always acting in the best interest of patients. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Good communication/interpersonal skills/multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in computer literacy (Windows, MS Word, Excel)
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environment.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to listen and think critically.
- Support company culture by adhering to policies, practices, and mission statement.
- 1+ years of experience with Durable Medical Equipment sales or other healthcare environment is preferred. Dealing with 20-25 patients/day
- Prior healthcare sales experience is preferred.
- Must be efficient with automated office equipment, including computers, calculators, phones, and copiers.
- Excellent customer service skills, especially when communicating with patients over the phone.
