Event Staff – Registration Kit Stuffers (Temporary)

SNI Companies (Staffing Now)  is hiring a team of dependable, detail-oriented temporary event staff to assist with a high-profile national convention in Washington, DC. As a Registration Kit Stuffer, you will be responsible for assembling attendee welcome kits by organizing and packing printed materials and promotional items into convention bags.

Temporary | Part-time | 2-Day Assignment

Pay:
$20.00 per hour

Location:
Walter E. Washington Convention Center
Washington, DC

Event Dates & Times:

• Saturday, July 5 – 11:45 AM to 5:00 PM

• Sunday, July 6 – 8:45 AM to 2:00 PM (w/ some flexibility)

• Assemble registration kits, including programs, brochures, souvenirs, and other materials

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow directions and work efficiently with minimal supervision

• Assist with other general event prep tasks as needed

• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds

• Able to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)

• Must pass a background check

• Must be punctual, reliable, and professional

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Limited phone use during shifts
