Job Description:
We're currently seeking a full-time Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team in Miami, FL. This role involves generating sales orders manually, inputting new items into our database, and managing online ordering portals. Full training will be provided to ensure you're equipped for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently generate sales orders by hand.
- Input new items into the database with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage online ordering portals to ensure smooth transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain organized records of all data entry activities.
Requirements:
- Typing proficiency with a minimum speed of 55 words per minute.
- Preferably hold an Associate's Degree in a relevant field.
- Strong attention to detail to uphold accuracy in all tasks.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Good business writing skills for clear communication within the organization.
Working Hours:
Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
