Customer Service Representative

SNI has teamed with a valued client in Buena Park, CA on a hybrid Customer Service role.  The Customer Service candidate must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

* The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing incoming customer calls.

* The Customer Service Representative must be comfortable handling highly sensitive information.

???????* The Customer Service Representative must be highly organized and comfortable communicating in both the written and verbal fashion.

???????* The Customer Service Representative must be able to handle incoming phone calls.

???????* The Customer Service Representative must have familiarity with MS Office.

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts in the range of $20.50/hr. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
