Accounting Clerk Needed! (West Palm)

We are looking to hire Accounting Clerks for our client in West Palm Beach:

Locations: West Palm Beach
Pay: $16 per hour
Hours: Full Time hours, M-F, 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Description:

• Boarding assets which includes data entry, sending out wires and scheduling debits.
• Cash management of the company bank accounts (budgeting, budget analysis) 
• Matching transactions in the accounting software (reconciling)
• Preparing the weekly payment list (accounts payables)
• Sending out seizures to processors and following up until there are moved to the next step of the process.
• Filing UCC liens and terminating them as needed.
• Taking incoming calls from employees and customers seeking account information.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of  Accounting experience 
• Basic Excel experience
