Bilingual HR Assistant

Staffing Now Windsor, CT (Onsite) Full-Time

Our growing client is looking for a bilingual HR Assistant to join their team!

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform recruiting tasks including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding tasks such as sending offer letters, new hire paperwork, background checks, and performing orientation.
  • Perform weekly payroll.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish (Read, Write, and Speak)
  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in onboarding and payroll.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
