We are currently looking to interview and hire Entry Level IT Support Technician for our client based in West Palm, Riviera Beach specifically. Please review the following:
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Riviera Beach, FL
Pay: $18 per hour, weekly pay!
Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Job Description:
• Provide support to users on various issues
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
• Document, track, and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution
• Involves the use of help desk system
Requirements:
• Entry-level to 2+ years of experience in the field
• A+ Certification is REQUIRED or obtaining one soon
• Ability to pass background and have a valid drivers license
