Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a full-time Escrow Officer position working in Fort Collins, CO. Our client is a comprehensive title, escrow, and marketing company dedicated to ensuring every transaction closes smoothly and on time, prioritizing the satisfaction of each client. Responsibilities include:
Principal Duties:
The compensation for this position starts at $60,000 a year + commissions. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities, including work experience

Principal Duties:
- Establish new escrow accounts and process documents in line with established policies and procedures.
- Review buyer, seller, and lender instructions to determine escrow requirements and resolve title defects.
- Prepare, assemble, and review closing documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Calculate prorations for taxes and fees, and prepare HUD based on lender instructions.
- Close escrow accounts by balancing and disbursing funds, ensuring regulatory compliance, and resolving issues.
- 4+ years of relevant experience, including over 3 years of direct involvement in managing escrow transactions as an escrow assistant.
- Escrow Officer certification from the Escrow Association or completion of an Escrow Officer training program through a title company or bank.
- Bi-lingual or multi-lingual is a plus.
