Human Resource Generalist

SNI is partnering with a Reputable Law Firm in Hartford County looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join their team! 
 

Summary:
Responsible for daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, performance management, and compliance.

Key Duties:

• Manage hiring, onboarding, employee documentation, and job postings
• Oversee benefits, PTO, FMLA, COBRA, workers’ comp, and leave tracking
• Administer payroll and maintain time/attendance systems
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and represent company in employment matters
• Coordinate performance reviews, employee relations, and disciplinary actions
• Maintain and update employee handbook and HR policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–3 years HR experience
• Strong MS Office skills; payroll experience a plus
