Job Description: Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Fabricator
Location: Owego, NY
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Fabricator to join our manufacturing team in Owego, NY. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for setting up and fabricating printed circuits and boards based on detailed engineering drawings, diagrams, and general instructions. We have opportunities available on both the 1st and 2nd shifts.
Key Responsibilities

PCB Fabrication: Set up and fabricate printed circuits and circuit boards with precision and accuracy, following engineering specifications.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently to complete tasks.

Machine Operation: Operate an Electroless Copper Line, ensuring the process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
Qualifications

Experience: Prior experience in PCB fabrication or a related manufacturing role is preferred.

Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and diagrams.

Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of work.
Compensation

Pay: Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, with opportunities for overtime.
