SNI Companies is working with a large Automotive Company who is looking for a reliable Service Receptionist for the dealership. The Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting the service department. The role is pivotal in ensuring smooth communication between customers, service advisors, and technicians while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm service appointments. Manage the daily service calendar to ensure optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Communication: Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages related to service inquiries. Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle services.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership management system. Process payments for services, including warranty and extended coverage claims. Handle paperwork for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and loaner agreements.
Facility Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service reception area. Ensure customers are comfortable by offering amenities like beverages, Wi-Fi, or magazines while they wait. Skills and Qualities:

- Automotive Knowledge (Preferred): A general understanding of automotive services to assist in explaining processes to customers.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick thinking and resourcefulness to handle customer concerns effectively.
- A fast-paced dealership setting, often requiring multitasking.
- Regular interaction with customers, service advisors, and technicians.
- May involve standing or sitting at a front desk for extended periods.
