OFFICE MANEGER NEEDED IN DORAL FL!!!
We at SNI Companies are currently hiring for an office manager with imports/logistics experience for a cosmetic company based in Doral FL.
In this role you would assist in overseeing imports, over seeing employees and daily operations, handling expense reports, and working alongside operations manager to create and execute a better workflow throughout company. We are looking for a self driven individual who is extremely detail oriented. This role would be about 80% office management and daily operations and 20% imports, procurement, and logistics.
This company specialized in the distribution of cosmetics, skin care, and hair care products throughout the United States.
JOB TYPE: In Person, Fulltime
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM
LOCATION: Doral 33172
SALARY: $50,000+
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including preparing reports, presentations, organizing purchases of raw materials as per business needs, follow up with suppliers and other materials as needed (creating documents, review expenses,.)…
- Ensure compliance with all relevant import regulations, tariffs, and documentation requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, finance, and logistics teams to align import activities with business objectives.
- Ship orders to our office in LATAM and follow up with custom agent until order is delivered making sure warehouse personnel audits order arrival and receive inventory as per to company policies
Requirements:
- MUST be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- MUST have at least 1 year experience in import and export logistics
- Leadership experience
- Computer Proficiency
