Researcher and Call Center Representative

Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has an immediate opening for a full-time Researcher / Customer Service position working in a professional office environment.   Our client works with 2,500 government clients nationwide providing services to the collection of receivables.  A summary of responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound and outbound phone responding to taxpayer inquiries
• Research homesteaded properties to verify the validity of granted exemptions.
• Update and maintain accurate records of all research and call activities.
• Provide support with other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
• 1+ years of customer service experience, call center experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Basic to intermediate technical skills

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts at $16.00 an hour. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:

• Terms: Contract to hire
• Work Schedule:  8:00 am to 5 pm (Monday – Friday)
