AP Specialist
Accounts Payable Specialist
We are looking for a self-reliant and meticulous Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client’s team in Sunny Isles Beach. This role requires a professional who can process invoices with high accuracy, provide in-depth analysis, and take full ownership of the entire AP process.
Responsibilities:
- Process 30-50 invoices per day, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage utility invoices for 30 properties, coordinating with municipalities as needed.
- Accurately assign GL codes and allocate expenses appropriately.
- Take full ownership of posting, recording, and managing online payments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with financial management software is required; experience with AvidXchange and RealPage is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough analysis of AP processes.
- Ability to work independently and fully own the AP function.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external entities.
