Office Administrator
Office Administrator - Doral, FL
SNI Companies is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, active environment and enjoys taking on a variety of administrative tasks. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the potential for long-term placement based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Coordinate events and meetings, including logistics and creating materials (e.g., flyers using Canva).
- Manage calendars and assist with scheduling for executives and team members.
- Monitor and order office supplies to maintain inventory.
- Assist with external coordination, including vendors and service providers.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office and reception area.
Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook); Canva knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
