Customer Service Specialist temporary position located in Wilmington MA.
Duties: Entering customer purchase orders into NetSuite, sending order acknowledgement, communicating with customers regarding delivery status, assist the sales team with inventory and sample order requests, ensure order completion and provide customers with certificates, proof of delivery and other documents.
Prior Manufacturing experience a plus.
Knowledge of ERP/MRP Systems.
Proficient in MS Office skills.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm 1/2 lunch.
