We are currently seeking an exceptionally organized and dependable Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO of an organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, an unwavering attention to detail, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and discretion.
Duties/Responsibilities: • This role entails working closely with the CEO and maintaining a 24/7 availability to support personal responsibilities.
• Facilitate/manage complex calendars and coordinate appointments/reservations both professional and personal tasks.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for business trips and vacations.
• Prepare detailed expense reports in a timely manner.
• Oversee the hiring and supervision of household staff.
• Ensure routine maintenance of residences and vehicles.
• Identify and oversee various household projects as needed in various homes.
• Keep the Principal informed on project progress and updates.
• Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale events.
• Conduct research and oversee the hiring and supervision of vendors and contractors for projects as needed. Requirements:
• 2-5+ years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant.
• Exceptional intelligence, creativity, attentive listening skills, critical thinking abilities, and effective time management.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Flexible availability to accommodate the needs of a busy team.
• Fluency in English/Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and maintaining professional relationships.
Schedule:
• In-office work settings-Location is Miami
• Working hours are typically Monday to Friday from 9a-6p
