Customer Service Specialist located in Lawrence.
Duties: Provide effective customer service for internal and external customers and sales representatives.
Answer phone calls promptly, respond to inquiries, process orders, reply to emails, provide order quotes, create export documentation and handle clearance issues with couriers.
Create daily order reports and shipping reports.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Proficient in MS Office skills.
