SNI Companies has partnered with a reputable manufacturing company in New Haven County looking for a Customer Experience Representative to foster strong client relationships, support sales team, and ensure accurate order processing for a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote services to assigned customers and assist field sales.
- Serve as a liaison among customers, quality, engineering, and manufacturing.
- Generate quotes, manage order entry, and expedite deliveries.
- Review orders for accuracy and coordinate internal communications.
- Prepare customer proposals and monitor account performance.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to analyze customer data.
- Maintain CRM and customer data within ERP systems.
