Location: Lantana, FL | Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM | On-site

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming calls and process customer payments

• Open and organize daily mail, prepare checks for bank deposits

• Post customer payments and wires with accuracy and attention to detail

• Maintain and update customer contact info upon request

• Learn our service offerings and contract terms to support accurate billing

• Generate buyout quotes for customer contracts

• Manage collections calls for assigned VIP accounts

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email

• Assist with additional administrative or accounting tasks as needed

What You Bring:

• Previous AR or general accounting experience 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable with customer communication, both over the phone and by email

• Quick to learn systems and processes

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
