Administrative Assistant

Staffing Now Denver, CO (Onsite) Contract to Hire

Office Administrator
One of SNI Company's rapidly growing charitable clients is seeking an Office Administrator to support office operations, event coordination, and grant management. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with office and event logistics, including inventory, security, and setup.
  • Coordinate company and grantee events (scheduling, vendor management, guest communications).
  • Support grant management by maintaining records, tracking reports, and assisting with donor recognition.
  • Perform research, administrative tasks, and document management.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of administrative/project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe or Canva is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.


Compensation & Perks:

  • Pay begins at $27/hr for this contract to hire position, but can pay higher depending on education and experience.
  • Schedule: Mon-Thurs in-office, Fri WFH, 9 AM - 6 PM.
