Front Desk

Location: Dadeland Area

Pay Rate: $14-21/Hour

Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to hire as a Front Desk Worker. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about products or services
• Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
• Process payments and invoices accurately
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or front desk role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Attention to detail and accuracy
