SNI has teamed with a valued client in Denver on a search for a contract-to-hire Dispatcher. The Dispatcher must bring strong customer service and work ethic to the daily operations. The Dispatcher should possess a positive attitude and be highly organized.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
* The Dispatcher will work to administer the coordination of company services.
* The Dispatcher will work with Superintendents to achiever Departmental goals and objectives.
* The Dispatcher will work to schedule services and maintenance along with warranty work.
* The Dispatcher will assist with answering incoming phone calls.
* The Dispatcher will work to resolve customer service issues on the initial intake call.
* The Dispatcher will work to capture customer information and enter it into the CRM.
* The Dispatcher will work to plan, organize and coordinate company resources and objectives on a daily basis.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts in the range of $24-25/hr. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
