Job Description

SNI is searching for a Warranty Coordinator to join a construction company in North Dallas. Our client is searching for a candidate with qualified experience that is looking to grow with the role. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and oversee warranty process from beginning to end
  • Coordinate merchandise returns with Warehouse Supervisor and receiving supplier
  • Request labor and materials reimbursements for all factory warranties
  • Communicate warranty status to coordinator and salesperson
  • Maintain computerized tracking of Parts on Order for Service department
  • Distribution of packing slips/delivery receipts to corresponding Coordinator
  • Communicate delivery status to sales and coordinators to affect timely scheduling of job completion
  • Communicate with and maintain relationships with vendors


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelors degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Excellent organization, scheduling and prioritization skills
