We are currently seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our team in the Austin Metropolitan Area. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of our operations, responsible for various tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of our warehouse facility.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of items received.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of packaging materials.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and deadlines.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or light industrial setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks such as order picking and inventory management.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
