The title processor will process the file and assist with closing with clients in the office. Serve as the primary contact for the client ensuring excellent customer service.
- 2 years minimum experience
- Open files; prepare documents for closing
- Examine title documents and clear title requirements
- Prepare Closing Disclosure statements/HUDS, title affadavits and other required documents necessary for closing
- Perform any and all clerical and administrative duties required for the proper execution of respective job duties
- Perform general office functions, as needed
- Software skills necessary to provide services identified above
- Notary preferred
- High stress tolerance - thrives in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, strong problem solving & prioritization skills
