Job Description

SNI Companies is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support our client's needs as well as supporting the team logistics efforts. The Sales Support Associate will work closely with the sales team and trusted carrier network to ensure that all prospective orders are fully processed and routed in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, the Sales Support Specialist will help with a variety of other sales functions and office events. Qualified candidates should display strong communication skills as well as display well organized and deadline-driven habits. The candidate must be able to multi task and prioritize independently. Candidates should have a strong ability to learn on the job and be willing to work in a close team environment.


  • Manage the entire Customer Order Process, including order acknowledgement, order processing, internal or external system requirements, warehouse and freight forwarder actions, documentation management, and other to ensure the required products and documentation reaches its destination in full and on time
  • Respond to all customer or customs broker inquiries regarding orders, documentation requests, or other as may be applicable
  • Communicate directly with truck lines and distribution centers to coordinate pickups and deliveries including scheduling appointments
  • Obtain freight quotations
  • Assist with customer data management in accordance with internal ERP and CRM processes.

Excel and ERP experience are a must in this role.
