Job Description

SNI Companies has partnered with a growing non-profit organization located in Southeast Denver seeking a Recruiting Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience with scheduling, initial applicant screening and supporting recruitment teams.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implement effective sourcing strategies
  • Actively utilize a wide array of talent platforms and social media
  • Prescreen candidates to ensure they have the correct skillset and qualifications for respective openings
  • Work collaboratively with the Recruiter to create innovative attract and engagement strategies
  • Represent the company in the most accurate and appropriate manner to all candidates to create an exceptional candidate experience
  • Maintain and track sourcing activity
  • Develop and foster positive relationships with all individuals throughout the hiring process
  • Act as support for recruiter in developing recruitment materials
  • May handle some paperwork, data entry and documentation validation

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Project/Process Management or 1+ year of sourcing/recruiting
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for the Recruiting Screener will start at $20.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
