SNI Companies has partnered with a local company in the Orlando area that is looking to bring a Purchasing Administrator onto their team immediately. This role is contract role and will be on-site Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
Responsibilities:
Provide general support to Purchasing Department
Answering calls and emails
Place orders w/ vendors
Track incoming material orders and communicate with applicable department
Run various reports monthly
Order and take stock of office supplies
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in administrative role
Prior purchasing experience is required.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
