Job Description


Project Operations Coordinator needed for creative manufacturing/distribution company in Mercer County, New Jersey. A project operations coordinator position is an opportunity for a strong professional seeking the opportunity to learn and grow within this company. You will be working in multiple projects; supporting a variety of divisions within the company where you will learn the processes of the organization - sales, marketing, quality control, creativity, production and web development. There will be lots of learning possibilities and growth potential. This position will start with a 1-month training starter project.


This position is designed to give the right individual experience in a wide variety of opportunities. You will be tasked with a number of strategic projects that run at different times of the year that range in responsibilities from data collection, technology, Quality Control, online research and execution of marketing campaigns. You will have the ability to learn a wide variety of skills.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 year college degree
  • Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint and expert excel
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented
  • Loves to learn new skills and take on new tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Project Management experience is a plus
  • Web & marketing experience is a plus
  • Data analysis experience is a plus
