Project Assistant - Antioch, CA

Staffing Now Antioch, CA (Onsite) Contractor

SNI Companies has partnered with our client in hiring for a Project Assistant working in Antioch, CA.  We are looking for an individual with a strong administrative background working in a construction or engineering environment. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to client requests & correspondence (phone & email)
  • Ensure documents meeting corporate compliance
  • Coordinate manager meetings
  • Generate requested reports
  • Tracking labor hours, etc. 

Experience & Education

  • 3+ years of office administration experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Construction industry experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position starts at $25.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.

Job Site: This position is working at the construction site ( admin trailer).

Days:  Monday - Friday 

Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
