Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with our client in hiring a Peer Support Specialist. This is a full-time opportunity working with a local non-profit.
Responsibilities: - Peer support will work side by side with client and Case Manager on providing program support.
- Guide program participants in achieving their goals through education and skill development.
- Foster a comprehensive approach to recovery, resilience, encompassing both mind and body, for program participants.
Qualifications: - Must have maintained recovery from individually identified condition(s) for a period of at least one year.
- Lived experience of incarceration and in-depth knowledge of mental health/substance use.
- Must possess a Colorado driver's license and personal vehicle.
Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position starts at $19.20 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
