Payroll/HR Coordinator
Davie, FL

SNI Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll/HR Coordinator. The Payroll/HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing and processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payrolls accurately and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Verify and input payroll data, manage inquiries, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Handle employee onboarding, including paperwork and orientation.
  • Administer benefits programs and coordinate employee leave of absences.
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting screenings.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and submit reports to government agencies and conduct audits of payroll, benefits, and HR programs.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., Velocity, ADP, Paychex, Workday).
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
